Basics

Understanding Prefixes

Each account is created with 3 instances (live, training & test), each has a unique prefix.

  • Live: For real-time operations.
  • Training: For training purposes.
  • Test: For IT department tests, such as data exchange tests.

After logging in, you can choose the instance you’d like to access, as shown in the screenshot below.

If needed, you can switch instances again later by going to Profile > Change Active Tenant, as illustrated here:

Modules

Your Cu-Ta workspace displays various sections based on the modules initially available to your account. Access to additional modules can be arranged later through Cu-Ta Solutions GmbH, if needed.

Module Access

When a module is enabled for your account, a "Connect" button will appear at the bottom of the module card, allowing you to enter that specific module, as shown below. If access is not available, the button will display "No license."

Users

New Users and Access Rights

  • Users created in the LIVE instance automatically gain access to both the /training and /live environments.
  • Deleting a user from the LIVE instance also removes them from TEST/TRAINING.
  • Users created in the TEST environment only have access to the TEST instance.
  • Users created in the TRAINING environment only have access to the TRAINING instance.

Note: If a user is initially created in TEST and later requires access to LIVE, you can adjust this via the Edit function by assigning the desired instance (Admin role required to perform this operation).

Managing User Access

User creation and management can be done through the "Users" window.

Module Access / Roles

Next to each user’s name, you’ll see the modules they can access and their role. You can set these permissions during user creation or later via the Edit User function if adjustments are needed.
