• After your research at Cu-Ta BTI you can insert your suitable BTI number here
• Set: Click on "Set" to load all the necessary information for the BTI
• Load: Here you can call up a BTI as in the BTI module

• The customs tariff number is automatically adopted after entering a BTI

You can select 2 different formats for the customs tariff number:

• CN format
• TARIC

• The Trade Designation B field allows you to add supplementary details beyond the automatically generated Trade Designation, which is generated alongside the classification and consists of the article description and nomenclature text.

• Here you can record your company's internal decisions that make the classification traceable
• If you transfer the classification of one item to another (PASTE LINK), this is automatically mentioned in the comment field
• The comment is also attached to the CSV download and can be retrieved from your interface

In the upload field, you can attach the relevant documents provided by the customs authority, such as inspection reports, audit findings, or customs examination records. This ensures that all supporting materials are securely stored and easily accessible for reference, facilitating compliance and documentation management.

• The Admin and Extended Clerk user roles can "fix" the classification. This means that the Clerk user role can no longer change the classification of an item.

• If there is a goods composition according to GTC 3b, essential character feature, please select and enter the corresponding feature.
