Trade description B
- The Trade Designation B field allows you to add supplementary details beyond the automatically generated Trade Designation, which is generated alongside the classification and consists of the article description and nomenclature text.

Comment
- Here you can record your company's internal decisions that make the classification traceable
- If you transfer the classification of one item to another (PASTE LINK), this is automatically mentioned in the comment field
- The comment is also attached to the CSV download and can be retrieved from your interface
Fix classification
- The Admin and Extended Clerk user roles can "fix" the classification. This means that the Clerk user role can no longer change the classification of an item.
